• August 2006:      Company was founded offering residential carpet cleaning
• March 2007:        Expanded to commercial carpet cleaning
• September 2007:       Heartland Steam Cleaning adds tile & grout cleaning to services offered
• January 2008:       Against normal carpet cleaning business practices, Heartland Steam Cleaning adopts 'Absolute No Hassle' policy.
• March 2008:       Heartland expands adding ducting cleaning to services offered.
• April 2008:       HLSC, and The Water Damage Pros founded as a Heartland Steam Cleaning sister companies.
• April 2008:       Carpet sales, repair and installation added to services offered.

Heartland Steam Cleaning started as a small residential carpet cleaning company. Much of the first year the only services offered were carpet and upholstery cleaning. But with the wildly successful 'No Hassle' policy adopted in 2008, Heartland Steam Cleaning has expanded to duct, tile and area rug cleaning.

Since that expansion thousands of new clients have used Heartland Steam Cleaning. Because the company does very little advertising most new clients are referrals, which we believe is a testament to our service.
