• January 2008: 
  Against normal carpet cleaning business practices, Heartland Steam Cleaning adopts 'Absolute No Hassle' policy. This means that under no circumstances will any Heartland Steam Cleaning technician push any "extra" services onto the client. At the customers request only, we will provide information regarding any other services we offer.
• March 2008:
  Heartland expands adding ducting cleaning to services offered using the RamAIR duct cleaning system. This system is considered to the be one of the most efficient and clean systems available to carpet cleaners.
• April 2008:
  HLSC, and The Water Damage Pros founded as a Heartland Steam Cleaning sister companies. HLSC is a commercial cleaning company offering all services that a residential company would offer. What is added is pressure wasing, window cleaning and high-rise carpet cleaning.
• April 2008:
  Carpet sales, repair and installation added to services offered.
