To help you understand our rates please read the following faq.
>What do you consider a room/area?
A living room, dining room, hall, 1 full flight of stairs, bedroom. These are considered each 1 area. Some areas will be bigger, and some smaller. We have a flat rate because typically it balances itself out in the end.
>What about baths, and closets?
We do not charge extra for these. Attached baths and closets are included in what we consider a room/area.
Master bathrooms may be counted as a seperate area.
>I have a large basement that is just 1 large room. Would that be more than 1 area?
Most of the time it is considered a double sized area (2 rooms). An avg room is about 200 square feet. We judge basements on how many average sized rooms it would equal out to.
>Are there additional costs for pre-treatment, and spotting?
No. Our quote includes all cleaning related costs. We do not charge extra for carpet pre conditioner, spotting, or areas that need special attention.
>What about a living room/dining room combo?
This would typically be considered 2 areas, even though they are attached.
>I have a split level and my stairs are split in 2. Is this considered 2 areas?
No. We charge per full flight. So even though they are split, it is still considered only 1 flight. Therefore we would only charge for 1 room/area. Typically, a full flight of stairs is about 12-15 steps.
