How tile cleaning works

1. A specialized pre-treatment is applied to the hard surface.
2. The grout is agitated with grout brushes to break up soils and loosen oil deposits.
3. Using the powerful truck-mounted machine, a high pressurized solution (over 1,000 PSI!) is injected into the surface, then immediately extracted.
4. If needed, fans will be placed in designated areas to improve dry time.
5. Furniture moved back to original position.
6. Sealer is applied to the grout lines (optionally)

Tile & Grout Cleaning FAQ's

• How long does it take the tile to dry?

  The ceramic will dry within 30 minutes. But the grout may take longer because it is porous.

• Will steam cleaning damage my tile?

  Not at all. The powerful water pressure safely blasts away dirt and oil without damaging ceramic or grout.

• What results should I expect?

  Ceramic is naturally repelant and indistructible, so you can expect great results. Grout lines normally clean great and brighten up, however there may be permanent discolorations if the grout sealer has worn away or was never applied.

• How often should I clean my tile?

  It really depends on how much traffic it gets. Kitchens get a lot of traffic so you may want to have them cleaned every year.
